A Programme for Moms & Tots (0-12 months)
Where learning & relaxing for both happen naturally!

Moms and Tots is a balanced programme which provides activities promoting the all-round development of your toddler as well as your parenthood in a natural environment.

You will attend classes three days a week with your tot. Classes are for whole day. This means you and your Toddler will receive:

  • Age-appropriate programmes catered for each age group
  • Small classes limited to 12 Moms with their Tots
  • Workshops where you will always be actively involved in a non-instructive, supportive way encouraging your toddler’s self-motivation
  • Bonding time with your toddler
  • Forming your Tod’s daily routines
  • Time for yourself with selective activities
  • Time for your involvement in social responsibility activities

8:00 – 8:30 Small Group Time:

  • Baby’s trolly time
  • Natural walk
 Hoạt Động Nhóm:

  • Hoạt động dạo chơi bằng xe đẩy cho bé
  • Đi dạo ngắm thiên nhiên
8:30 – 9:00 Baby & me Fitness time & Breakfast:

  • Moms & Tots dance
 Hoạt động vận động cho mẹ & Bữa sáng:

  • Hoạt động vận động cho mẹ;
9:00 – 9:40 Baby Bath, Massage & feeding time :

  • Baby bath
  • Baby Massage
  • Baby feed
 Tắm & Massage, cho bé ăn:

  • Tắm bé
  • Massage bé
  • Cho bé ăn
9:40 – 10:00 Nap time Bé ngủ
10:00 – 11:00 Mommy’s Connection:

  • Workshops & training on:
    • 1. Knowledge & understanding on raising children.
    • 2. Practice children services skills.
  • Social Responsibility activities.
  • Club activities: Yoga Cooking; Arts & craft for children…

Nội dung hội thảo

  • The first 30 minutes are dedicated to ‘messy play’ and gross motor activities for older tots and massage for babies.
  • The next 90 minutes is ring-time – includes lessons & sharing on taking care & educating kids.

What happens at a workshop?

  • Mother and child education
  • Moms and Tots workshop curricula are developed by leading child psychologists and teachers
  • A comprehensive gross and fine motor skill combination programme
  • Workshop sessions are limited to twelve toddlers enabling small teaching groups and enhancing interaction
  • Curricula are supplied to all classes ensuring consistent levels of education
  • The workshops are designed to create a stress-free environment encouraging toddlers to learn and grow at a steady pace and give you a non-stressed maternity period
  • Dads and/ or grandparents can attend ‘special workshops’ and spend quality time with their toddlers
  • Educational talks covering different aspects of child-rearing.

What is the whole day schedule?

The whole day schedule involves:

  • Massage/ exercises/movement for Babies & Tots
  • Snacks and Lunch for Moms & Tots
  • Routines
  • Workshop on taking care & educating Tots
  • Outdoor time
  • Socializing time/tea time for Moms
  • Club activities (Yoga/Music/dance etc.) for Moms.
